Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection and your card details travel straight to the processor: they are not stored on our servers. Every purchase is authenticated with 3D Secure against your issuing bank, which may ask you for a verification code to confirm it is you making the purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club credit and debit cards. That is the only payment method enabled: we do not take bank transfers, SINPE Movil or cash. Charges are made in US dollars (USD) through BAC Credomatic, with 3D Secure authentication.

Yes. You have 15 calendar days from receiving the product to return it in its original condition, unused and with its tags. The refund is always credited to the same card you paid with and is processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the product; how long it takes to appear on your statement is set by your issuing bank.

Standard shipping within the Greater Metropolitan Area takes 2-3 business days. For the rest of Costa Rica, delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status from your account under 'My Orders'.

All our products are 100% original and officially licensed. Each product includes the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us for warranty claims.
